Your cake received rave reviews… The caterer said he has never seen frosting so perfect.

Just a note to let you know that your cake received rave reviews not only from the caterer but by many of the guests, particularly from my husband.  Since he cannot eat chocolate, this is one of the few cakes he enjoys.  I did not have enough left to take to some of the folks I wanted to, but George is still enjoying the few pieces that were left.  He has two more pieces left to enjoy — talk about savoring something.
Barb Wetzel asked me, “If this was a Monica cake,” so your cakes are now well known by their exquisite taste and decoration.  The caterer said, “he has never seen frosting so perfect and he complimented the taste of the cake and decoration (frosting and swords.”)…
