Monica’s Sugar Studio is owned and operated by Monica Pearson.  With over 15 years of experience as a lead pastry chef for a local award winning caterer, Monica has decided to branch out on her own and open Monica’s Sugar Studio, where she can concentrate on what she loves to do - satisfy your sweet tooth and make you smile!

With Monica’s experience in catering and restaurant  baking, and her background and education in art, she has created many award-winning confections.  Her work has been published in local newspapers and has adorned the front cover of Frederick Magazine more than once.  Whether you’re looking for something simple or something extraordinary, Monica can help you create it!
